Join the Modern Witches Community at Empress Vintage for a celebration of the Spring Equinox and a ritual for the Year of the Empress! 

The Empress Garden is an inclusive space, made of magic and beauty. Where the Empress is Queen, creating a nurturing, imaginative place for the community to gather. Nestled behind Empress Vintage boutique, this secret garden is an offering of love to all. The hope and desire of the Empress is to build bridges and create a truly intersectional space where all people can express their creative selves.

The Tarot Woman {aka Janina Angel Bath} will be creating an altar to The Empress for the event. A short protective ritual will take place, honoring the divine feminine within us all. We will also have a group discussion about The Empress card to get deeper into the meaning and explore how others relate to the card.

One of our 2019 Witches Confluence teachers, Irene McCalphin aka Magnoliah Black will be joining us to share their magic, the magic of The Bawdy Divine: Dance like sex has been used across time and through out the world as a means to raise energy and convey the ineffable. The two intersect in the art of burlesque. Join Irene McCalphin aka Magnoliah Black for magic made in movement and connect with the voluptuous sovereign power of fierce vulnerability. The afternoon celebration will close with a sound meditation facilitated by Witches Confluence committee member: Paul Michael Armstrong. Together we will be emulating sacred Empress vibrations through body, mind, and spirit. Please join us!
